Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! However, due to the nature of alcoholic beverages, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Please choose carefully before placing your order.

In the case of faulty products:

  • We will gladly exchange a faulty product for the same item, upon presentation of your receipt or proof of purchase.

Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to ensure you receive the correct product.

Damaged or Lost Items:

  • Damage in Transit:
    • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if there is any damage to the product or packaging.
    • To expedite the return process, please include photos of the damage and packaging with your email or return shipment. Insurance companies require this evidence.
    • Keep all original packaging for damaged items.
    • We are not responsible for damage reported after 48 hours of delivery.
  • Lost Parcels:
    • We will try our best to locate lost parcels, but we cannot be held liable for losses after receiving confirmation of delivery from the courier company.
    • If you are unsure about a secure delivery location, we recommend waiting until someone is home before placing your order.

Damage Due to Misuse:

  • We cannot accept returns for products damaged due to customer misuse or neglect. For example, sake should be stored in a refrigerator.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

Additional Notes:

  • The section regarding age verification can be placed at the beginning of the policy or as a separate clause.
  • You may want to consider offering store credit for unopened and undamaged returns in exceptional circumstances (e.g., gift received twice).
