Kyoto Trading, the operator of AUSAKE, is a Japanese sake exporter established in Kyoto in 2015. With a passion for introducing the world to the wonders of Japanese sake, we have expanded our reach to Hong Kong in 2016, where we operate a bottle shop, sake bar, and sake distributor. Our discerning clients includes Michelin-starred restaurants and 5-star hotels, and we currently serve over 600 customers across Hong Kong.

In April 2024, we took our commitment to fresh sake global with the establishment of our Australian subsidiary and the opening of our Melbourne warehouse.

We are dedicated to providing our Australian customers with the freshest, most flavorful sake possible, replicating the brewery experience through meticulous temperature control.
