All Kasai Rice
“Harima Heiya” is well-known as sake rice region in Japan. The brewery is located in Kasai-shi where is the centre of “Harima Heiya”. All sake of Fukunishiki, is made of rice from Kasai-shi.

Food Pairing
Sake made by Kimoto method, has well balanced taste. Fukunishiki’s sake is good to serve with food. They have clear umami with fresh sour taste, aftertaste is not long-lasting, so it is nice for food pairing.

Junsei
All junmai, all local rice, all yeast is kimoto and all unfiltered. “Junsei” keeps challenging every year. They adjust the flavor carefully time by time, and pursue higher quality continuously.
