Description

Using "Hyogo Yumenishiki," a sake rice cultivated in Kasai City, Hyogo Prefecture, and refined through Fukunishiki's unique adaptation of traditional kimoto brewing methods.
This sake boasts a rich concentration of umami from the rice, complemented by the deep acidity created by natural lactic acid bacteria. While retaining the robust qualities of
kimoto-style sake, Fukunishiki's signature approach adds a subtle lightness, making it incredibly easy to enjoy. Whether chilled, at room temperature, or warmed, this versatile sake pairs excellently with various cuisines and serves as an ideal companion for lively conversations.
