Description

Using the newly developed Kyoto yeast "Kyo no Koi," this sake fully expresses a free and unrestrained junmai sake flavor. The brewing rice is Kyoto's sake rice "Iwai," With four-stage brewing and original sake characteristics, this sake has a rich rice aroma and sweet body.

Long-term ultra-low-temperature fermentation brings a clear aroma and refreshing feeling, perfectly balanced. As an unfiltered sake, it retains all the rice components, making the body richer.

This sake is suitable for cold or room temperature drinking, fully showcasing its refreshing fruit aroma and rich rice flavor. The polishing rate is 65%. It is a new junmai sake developed in collaboration with the Kyoto Municipal Institute of Industrial Technology, worth trying.
