This sake has a rich ginjo aroma and refreshing taste. The sweet ginjo aroma lingers in the nose, while the taste in the mouth presents the clear and refreshing impression characteristic of Yamadanishiki. Using the "bottle pasteurization" technique, it minimizes sake deterioration, resulting in a softer taste.

This sake uses Hyogo prefecture's Yamadanishiki with a 35% polishing rate, completely unfiltered. Suitable for cold, room temperature, or warm drinking, it always showcases its elegant flavor. 

It is a high-quality sake, perfectly combining ginjo aroma and refreshing taste, ideal for both daily enjoyment and special occasions.
