Description

Using the "diamond of sake rice," Aiyama, which has been DNA verified to be the same variety used by Juyondai, this sake fully utilizes the strengths of Aiyama. It has a sticky texture and sweetness, with rich and varied layers.

Originally a sake rice from Nada, used for offering to the Edo shogunate, Aiyama is difficult to cultivate due to its tall and prone-to-collapse stalks, making it rare.

This Aiyama sake has a sweet ginjo aroma like melon and peach, with a smooth rice umami without off-flavors. The purple metallic label design is impressive and pairs surprisingly well with fruits.
