Description

The exquisite Mizuo yuzu has now met its perfect match: Kagura sake. Brewed over an extended period of 40 days, approximately 1.5 to 2 times longer than the average sake fermentation process, Kagura undergoes a meticulous maturation process. After pressing, the sake is left unfiltered and gently infused with yuzu juice in chilled tanks. Once bottled, the sake is immediately corked, pasteurized, and rapidly cooled to preserve its delicate aroma and flavor.

With a generous 20% yuzu juice content, Kagura bursts forth with an intense yuzu fragrance upon opening. Its vibrant acidity, subtle bitterness, and mellow sweetness, a hallmark of sake brewing, combine to create a harmonious symphony of flavors.

Experience the essence of Mizuo's yuzu and the art of sake craftsmanship with Kagura. Savor the rich yuzu aroma, the refreshing citrusy notes, and the lingering sweetness that will transport you to the heart of Kyoto's yuzu paradise.
