Description

This sake is brewed in wooden barrels, perfectly complementing the soft Tankan Wataribune.

Although it has a low residual sugar content, it has a rich and stable rice aroma. The yeast continues to ferment steadily even at low temperatures, thanks to the wooden barrels.

The transparency and umami are concentrated in the light acidity, making it very comfortable to drink. It has a well-balanced quality, suitable for both cold and warm drinking. Watari Bune No. 2 is the father rice of Yamada Nishiki, cultivated and brewed to give this sake a unique flavor, showcasing traditional craftsmanship and regional characteristics.
